Tasks
- Contact person for the specialist departments, e.g. accounting incl. controlling as well as (plan) consolidation for Group financial planning, and jointly develop technical solutions for integrated corporate planning
- Supporting the team in transferring conceptual requirements of the specialist department into technical concepts and participating in their implementation
- Creating and managing data models, in particular planning models, together with the data engineering team and being responsible for all planning functionalities
- Further development of our data analyses with regard to advanced analytics, in particular value driver-based planning, predictive planning or simulations
- Ensuring that the data required for integrated corporate planning is reliable and of high quality
- Participation in the department in the targeted improvement of data quality for business-critical data in accordance with the data strategy as well as the introduction of and compliance with data quality processes and suitable tools
Job profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree or a comparable education in one of the following study programs: Data Analytics & Science, (Business) Informatics or Economics
- You also have relevant experience in controlling or other planning-related areas and can transfer your knowledge to many different sub-plans (from operational to financial sub-plans)
- You are passionate about operating and improving technical business planning
- You have the ability and ambition to take on detailed questions regarding individual sub-plans as well as the establishment of integrated corporate planning from a management perspective
- You have several years of experience in daily work, e.g. with SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, Jedox or similar technical planning solutions and ideally already have knowledge of data modeling and functions
- Well thought-out, harmonized data structures are just as much in your blood as valid and high-quality data
- You have proven project management skills, including a thorough understanding of interpreting business requirements and translating them into operational requirements
- You are proficient in German and English to at least B2 level and can use both languages successfully in your day-to-day work
- Openness to hybrid working in cross-functional, multicultural and international teams
