As a Business Relationship Manager (m/f/d), you will serve as the liaison between global business leads and internal IT. You will shape the digital future of the Friedhelm-Loh Group and ensure that business and IT goals are optimally aligned. Through your network and goal-oriented communication, you will ensure that business units can make the best use of IT services, thereby contributing to creating value for our customers. Tasks
- Promoting effective, transparent communication between IT and business units
- Analyzing challenges and opportunities along the value chain and developing innovative IT solutions
- Developing high-level and technical concepts in collaboration with business units
- Advocating for business needs within IT, influencing service design, transition, and operations
- Acting proactively as a channel for business demand, translating business needs into clear IT requirements
Profile
- A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or Business Administration with a focus on IT
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills at all organizational levels
- Experience in IT business relationship management, and a thorough understanding of IT service management principles
- Good understanding of business processes, strategic planning, and basic financial principles
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent work style
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex topics in a way tailored to the audience
- Good command of English
