Would you like to lead the further development of a global Salesforce platform while also playing a key role in the international rollout of SAP S/4HANA? As a Product Owner for Salesforce Sales & Service, you will shape the strategic development of our existing CRM solution and drive its global rollout. Together with our business units, international locations, and project teams, you will develop future-proof sales and service processes and ensure seamless integration into the global SAP system landscape.

Tasks

  • You will be responsible for the technical development of Salesforce Sales and Salesforce Service as the group’s central CRM platform.
  • Developing a forward-looking product strategy, as well as a clear roadmap and vision for the sustainable development of the solution, falls within your area of responsibility.
  • As part of the SAP S/4HANA rollout, you will manage the international implementation of the existing Salesforce solution.
  • In doing so, you will work closely with the Sales, Service, Customer Care, IT, and SAP project teams, as well as external partners.
  • You will prioritize requirements based on business value, strategic objectives, and user needs, and manage the product backlog accordingly.
  • You will systematically analyze existing processes and drive their harmonization and standardization across countries and companies.
  • Together with the business units, you will design integrated end-to-end processes along the entire customer journey—from lead generation to after-sales service
  • You ensure the optimal integration of Salesforce Sales and Service into the SAP S/4HANA system landscape
  • In close coordination with development teams and implementation partners, you coordinate the implementation of new requirements
  • You actively support releases, rollouts, and go-lives and ensure a smooth transition to operational use
  • You provide stakeholders and management with transparency regarding priorities, dependencies, and project progress
  • To measure product success, you define appropriate KPIs and use them to identify continuous improvement measures for processes and systems

Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of experience as a Product Owner, CRM Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • In addition, you have experience in the further development of complex business applications and digital platforms
  • Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA projects
  • A strong understanding of sales, service, and customer care processes, as well as their integration into ERP systems, is part of your professional profile
  • In an agile environment, you have already gained experience in requirements management as well as in prioritizing and managing product backlogs
  • You are thoroughly familiar with the interrelationships between CRM, ERP, and master data processes, and you know how to translate complex requirements into sustainable solutions
  • With strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as confident stakeholder management, you are able to win over a wide variety of contacts
  • You combine an analytical, structured, and independent approach to work with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills round out your profile
  • Salesforce certifications and experience with international rollout and transformation projects are desirable
