Hybrid (On Site / Home Office)

As part of the international roll-out of SAP S/4HANA, you will play an active role in shaping one of the Friedhelm Loh Group’s most important transformation initiatives. As Product Owner for Salesforce Sales & Service, you will be responsible for the roll-out and further development of our global CRM platform and will ensure that sales and service processes are seamlessly integrated into the future SAP system landscape. Working alongside business units, project teams and implementation partners, you will develop future-proof end-to-end processes across the entire customer journey and make a decisive contribution to the digitalisation and standardisation of our international business processes

Tasks

  • You will have technical responsibility for Salesforce Sales and Salesforce Service as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation
  • Developing the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the future CRM platform falls within your remit, and you will ensure these are consistently aligned with the company’s objectives
  • Working closely with the Sales, Service, Customer Care, IT and SAP teams, as well as external implementation partners, you will shape the further development of the platform
  • You will analyse existing processes holistically and develop global end-to-end processes – from leads and opportunities through to orders and customer support, right through to service and after-sales
  • You will ensure the optimal integration of Salesforce Sales and Service into the new SAP S/4HANA system landscape
  • You will prioritise requirements based on business value, strategic objectives and user needs, and manage the product backlog accordingly
  • You will translate technical requirements into user stories and oversee their implementation within agile teams
  • In addition, you will coordinate the introduction of new features, releases and international roll-outs
  • You actively drive the harmonisation of processes, master data and working methods across national and organisational boundaries
  • By facilitating workshops and engaging in regular dialogue with stakeholders, you ensure transparency regarding requirements, dependencies and project progress
  • To measure and manage the success of the product, you will define appropriate KPIs and use these to identify ongoing optimisation measures
  • Your role is rounded off by supporting change management and enablement initiatives, as well as promoting the sustainable use of the new solutions

Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or hold a comparable qualification
  • You have several years’ professional experience as a Product Owner, CRM Consultant, Business Analyst or in a comparable role
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Ideally, you have already successfully supported transformation or implementation projects relating to SAP S/4HANA
  • Your professional profile includes a deep understanding of sales, service and customer care processes, as well as their integration into ERP systems
  • You are thoroughly familiar with the interrelationships between CRM, ERP and master data processes, enabling you to structure even complex requirements in a targeted manner and translate them into viable solutions
  • Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum or SAFe, as well as in managing interdisciplinary project teams, rounds off your profile
  • With strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, you are able to engage diverse audiences at all levels
  • An analytical, independent and solution-oriented approach enables you to maintain a clear overview even within complex project structures
  • We require excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Salesforce certifications and experience in international roll-out and transformation projects are desirable
