For our location in Monheim am Rhein (Düsseldorf/Cologne) we are looking for you as soon as possible.
Tasks
- Proactive support of your own customer base, primarily in internal sales
- Development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships
- Independent sales planning and tracking for the assigned customer base
- Identification and approach of potential new customers and their development
- Active demand generation with the aim of selling the EPLAN core portfolio
- Updating and maintaining customer data in the CRM system
Job profile
- Completed commercial / technical training, bachelor's degree e.g. business administration or engineering or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in internal sales desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Confident handling of MS Office, experience with CRM systems, ideally SalesForce
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
