We are looking for you to join our team at our location in Monheim am Rhein.
Tasks
- Build sustainable customer relationships: You will be responsible for strategically managing subscriptions and software service contracts to drive long-term customer loyalty and maximize revenue opportunities
- Data with precision: Ensure customer master data is up-to-date and accurate and proactively identify price adjustment opportunities to increase competitiveness
- Efficient processes: You reliably implement invoicing, corrections and cancellations and ensure smooth financial processing
- Risk management: you carefully process contract terminations and insolvency cases to protect the company's interests
- Global collaboration: You actively communicate with German customers, international branches and subsidiaries and ensure that customer requirements are met worldwide
- License management with vision: You will be responsible for the effective licensing of our software products and coordinate licensing activities on a global level
- Financial excellence: In close cooperation with the financial accounting department, you will ensure that financial processes and compliance guidelines are adhered to
- Create synergies: Together with Strategic Account Management and Sales, you will increase customer satisfaction and identify cross-selling potentials
Job profile
- Your toolbox: You have completed commercial training/studies or have a comparable qualification
- Technical competence: You have a sound knowledge of MS Office/365, experience in SAP SD or Salesforce is an advantage
- Structure and precision: Your working style is characterized by accuracy, structure and the ability to master challenges independently
- Customer focus: You are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation
- Team spirit and assertiveness: You are a team player with a confident demeanor and convince with clear points of view
- Linguistic fluency: Excellent German and English skills round off your profile
