Tasks

  • Taking on conceptual, administrative and organizational tasks to support the Senior Vice President Global HR
  • Participation in or sub-project management of global strategic projects in the HR environment
  • Management and controlling (results, quality and expense tracking) of strategic projects in the sense of a project management office
  • Comprehensive analysis of complex business data incl. ad-hoc inquiries and derivation of solution proposals and optimization potentials
  • Preparing the content of analyses for specific target groups and creating informative presentations and reports
  • Close cooperation with the national and international HR functions and the Loh Group management

Job profile

  • (Very) good Master's degree in Business Administration (or comparable), preferably with a focus on Human Resources
  • First professional experience in HR, ideally 1-2 years as HR Officer or Business Partner
  • Practical knowledge of project management, preferably also in an international environment
  • Convincing appearance and strong communication skills at different hierarchical levels in German and English
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex issues in a clear and target group-oriented manner; creativity in process optimization
  • Very good comprehension skills in combination with a structured, efficient and solution-oriented way of working
