Tasks
- Central point of contact and advisor on global mobility issues for managers, employees and HR business partners
- Planning, preparation and implementation of foreign assignments (secondments & international transfers) as well as coordination of reintegration
- Drawing up assignment contracts, designing remuneration packages, salary simulations, cost calculations/estimates
- Ensuring compliance with all aspects relevant to labor law, tax and social security
- Managing external service providers for the Global Mobility division and maintaining contact with public institutions and authorities
- Documentation, reporting and monitoring of foreign assignments
- Supporting payroll activities relevant to assignments in the home and host countries
- Improvement of processes, implementation and further development of the global assignment policy
- Actively monitoring legal changes in the area of assignments and continuous further development
- Collaboration in international HR projects
Job profile
- Completed business studies with a focus on human resources or comparable
- Professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility and specialist knowledge in the field of global mobility
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Goal-oriented way of working as well as high organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good analytical skills, conceptual thinking and quick comprehension skills
- Open-minded and cooperative personality who enjoys intercultural and interdisciplinary cooperation
