Tasks
- Ensuring the technical operation of our Rittal online store rolled out in over 20 subsidiaries
- Requirements management in close cooperation with subsidiaries and IT including sprint planning, testing and technical acceptance
- Management of the technical, procedural online store rollout and enabling of our subsidiaries
- Optimization of the global support concept and management of support requests (level 1-3)
- Key User SAP/SAP Hybris Backoffice
- Preparation and implementation of training courses and workshops on B2B e-commerce topics
- Active development of the online shop and technical project support, e.g. Adobe Commerce. e.g. Adobe Commerce
- Interface to specialist departments, internal & external service providers and support of the key user network
Job profile
- Completed studies in the field of economics / business informatics, preferably with a specialization in digitization / eCommerce / IT or a comparable qualification
- Understanding of processes and IT technical procedures in eCommerce as well as eCommerce solutions
- Knowledge of common ERP systems, SAP preferred
- Experience in managing cross-departmental, international project teams in agile environments
- Fluent in German and English
- Good knowledge of project management tools and MS Office
