To strengthen our Operation Handling team, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible at our location in Monheim am Rhein.
Tasks
- Monitoring of our Microsoft Azure infrastructure and the services provided on it
- Creation and implementation of concepts for further monitoring of services and processes
- Maintenance and expansion of the connection of our monitoring to the ITSM tools
- Implementation of our holistic security concept according to the specifications of our security engineers
- Handling of incidents and creation of root cause analyses
- Close cooperation with the developers in our PaaS environment
Job profile
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, training in the technical field or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT operations or development as well as knowledge of IT operations is an advantage
- Experience with PaaS cloud providers, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Experience in the implementation of ITIL processes is also an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English
