Tasks
- Specialist support and technical support for the international subsidiaries for customer-specific product solutions
- Solution-oriented customer advice
- Configuration and calculation of customer-specific solutions with the help of configuration tools
- Technical contact person for the Austrian subsidiary
Job profile
- Completed technical training or completed commercial training with good technical knowledge
- Professional experience in the field of technical sales support and customer service
- Good English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP an advantage
- Strong team player with high customer orientation and a solution-oriented way of working
