As a Process Consultant (m/f/d), you will actively shape the future of our process landscape and make a significant contribution to improving the company's performance. Strengthen our Transformation / Processes department.

Tasks

  • Consultancy & development of new (end-to-end) processes: You advise process owners & specialist departments on the design and implementation of new business processes and ensure that these fit seamlessly into a sustainable end-to-end process architecture
  • Further development of Business Process Management (BPM): You drive the continuous improvement of our BPM approach - particularly with regard to governance structures, operating models and the use of suitable systems & tools
  • Stakeholder management & enablement in the international network: You act as a link between global, regional and local process owners and managers as well as our international subsidiaries.
  • Contribution to increasing the company's efficiency and effectiveness: You will initiate and manage process and transformation projects - e.g. to set up KPI dashboards or implement process excellence initiatives
  • Integration with the digital transformation: You will ensure that process development is closely integrated with company-wide digital transformation programmes (e.g. SAP S/4HANA transition, Salesforce introduction) and ensure that processes are designed to be future-proof and supported by technology

Job profile

  • Degree in economics, business informatics, engineering or comparable qualification
  • Sound experience in business process management (e.g. certification) and/or transformation projects
  • Knowledge of common BPM methods (e.g. BPMN 2.0) and process modelling tools (e.g. Celonis Process Management)
  • Strong communication and moderation skills, also in an international environment
  • Initiative, analytical thinking and structured way of working Business fluent in German and English
