Tasks
- Ensuring the trouble-free operation of the dispatching applications and acting as a competent point of contact for the specialist departments
- Processing incidents and service requests in 2nd level support
- Creating and carrying out test cases
- Monitoring and troubleshooting interfaces and jobs
- Preparing and conducting workshops for existing and new applications to train key users - nationally and internationally if required
- Monitoring the life cycle of applications
- Coordination and implementation of release updates, monitoring of release notes
- Creating and maintaining documentation and the knowledge database/system manual
Job profile
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or comparable training with professional experience
- Experience in order and shipping logistics, warehouse logistics, as well as the corresponding interfaces purchasing, scheduling and planning desirable
- Very good knowledge of the SAP modules SD & MM, as well as APO gATP, SNP and DP
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- High analytical ability, independent and goal-oriented way of working
