Tasks
- Independent execution of tests according to test plan and evaluation of special measuring tasks
- Monitoring and testing of samples, initial samples and pilot series
- Improvement and monitoring of critical production processes
- Optimizing, following up and monitoring the factory self-inspection
- Support in carrying out product audits, in the problem-solving process and in the development of corrective measures
Job profile
- Vocational training in a metal or electronics profession, further training as a technician an advantage
- Experience in quality inspection, metrology (FARO, GOM) with analog and digital measuring and testing equipment as well as in production quality, testing and reading drawings
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and SAP/PP and QM modules
- Initiator for continuous improvement of the production areas on the subject of quality
- Ability to work independently, good assertiveness and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work in shifts (3-shift operation)
