Tasks
- Independent preparation and set-up of plastic injection molding machines and their associated peripherals
- Starting up the process after the tool change, taking quality and efficiency into account
- Initial approval of the components with regard to quality after the start-up process, if necessary, subsequent initiation of corrective measures
- Eliminating faults in the injection molding process and coordinating measures with the maintenance team
- Continuous optimization of injection moulding processes with regard to cycle time and component quality
Job profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or several years of professional experience in plastics processing
- Professional experience in plastics processing (processing, drying, process design) as well as in the operation of injection molding systems from common manufacturers
- Team player with technical understanding as well as independent and self-reliant work
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
