Join our Research & Development team in the Software Devices department at the Rittal headquarters in Herborn!
Tasks
- Configuration and integration of embedded Linux systems and Board Support Packages (BSP)
- Ensuring product safety in accordance with the IEC 62443 series of standards
- Participation in architecture concepts, risk assessments and safety audits
- Module and system tests, code reviews and documentation of systems
- Hardware-related development with C/C++
- Working in an agile team according to SCRUM
Job profile
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable degree programme
- Knowledge of common embedded Linux distributions, preferably with Yocto (Bitbake)
- Experience in development with C/C++
- Knowledge of the BSI IT-Grundschutz compendium
- Knowledge of the methods and requirements according to the international IEC 62443 series of standards with regard to components is an advantage
- Proactive communication and independent working style
- Business fluent in German and English
