Tasks
- Project management of interdisciplinary project groups as well as monitoring and adherence to company, quality, cost and deadline targets
- Management and coordination of the project team from project start to realisation
- Ensuring that cost, deadline and quality targets are met (project controlling)
- Preparation of project status reports, presentations and decision papers for management
- Proactive claim management, supplier and escalation management
- Interface management; supporting and advising internal and external stakeholders
Job profile
- Degree in economics/engineering specialising in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable technical training
- Many years of experience in agile and classic project management as a project manager of industrial projects
- Goal- and result-orientated way of working
- Strong analytical process and methodological thinking with strategic vision and team spirit
- Personality with a high level of initiative and commitment as well as strong communication and presentation skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 (MS Project) and Azure DevOps / SAP R/3 is an advantage
