To strengthen our Operation Handling team, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible at our location in Monheim am Rhein.

Tasks

  • Monitoring of our Microsoft Azure infrastructure and the services provided on it
  • Creation and implementation of concepts for further monitoring of services and processes
  • Maintenance and expansion of the connection of our monitoring to the ITSM tools
  • Implementation of our holistic security concept according to the specifications of our security engineers
  • Handling of incidents and creation of root cause analyses
  • Close cooperation with the developers in our PaaS environment

Job profile

  • Completed studies in the field of computer science, training in the technical field or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in IT operations or development as well as knowledge of IT operations is an advantage
  • Experience with PaaS cloud providers, preferably Microsoft Azure
  • Experience in the implementation of ITIL processes is also an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
