Shape the change with us and take responsibility for our team in the area of Technology Basis - possible assignments at various locations throughout Germany (e.g. Haiger, Monheim, Gräfelfing or Stuttgart) or remotely.

Tasks

  • Technical & disciplinary management and development of national and international employees in the area of
  • Defining and implementing global standards for Mail & Identity Services
  • Planning, management and implementation of international projects in the area of responsibility
  • Ensuring process-compliant processing of tickets in the area of Collaboration & Identity Management
  • Ensuring the transfer of knowledge from the downstream support units to the “End Users Services” area
  • Budget planning for operating and project costs
  • Effective employee planning and management

Job profile

  • Completed studies in the field of computer science, economics or a comparable education
  • Experience in the context of identity & access management systems
  • Initial management experience is an advantage
  • Organizational skills, enjoy working in an international team and have a quick grasp of complex topics
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Flexibility, empathy and ability to work in a team
