Strengthen our Digital Solutions for Operations team at the Haiger location or 100% remotely
Tasks
- Consulting within the business applications incl. requirements analysis and coordination within the demand process
- Implementation of national and international projects in the area of Program Planning & Order Processing
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and the knowledge database
- Coordination and implementation of release updates and monitoring of application lifecycles
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of interfaces, jobs and process chains
- Processing of incidents and service requests in 2nd level support
Job profile
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or comparable training with professional experience
- Experience in order and shipping logistics, warehouse logistics, as well as the corresponding interfaces purchasing, scheduling and planning desirable
- Very good knowledge of the SAP modules SD & MM, as well as APO gATP, SNP and DP.
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- High analytical ability, independent and goal-oriented
