We are looking for you as Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) in Germany or the Netherlands. You will be responsible for successful customer implementations and customer retention in Data Driven Business Solutions

Tasks

  • Support pre-sales activities alongside Sales and Business Development team
  • Develop and maintain requirements documents for CSM pre-sales customer engagements
  • Provide pre-sales technical knowledge to address customer questions, concerns, challenges
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on development of educational materials for use in pre-sales
  • Technical interface for internal and external technical stakeholders
  • Conduct customer on-boarding
  • Conduct follow up actions to achieve customer retention targets

Job profile

  • University degree (preferably in IT or engineering), or comparable qualifications
  • At least two years of professional experience in IT, engineering, SaaS implementations or similar roles
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure and systems, data structures, data sharing/exchange and data analysis, API
  • interfaces, ERP systems and interfaces and cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to project confidence with stakeholders at all levels
  • Team player with a high level of self-motivation, flexibility, assertiveness, and commitment
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally
  • Fluent in German and English
