We are looking for you as Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) in Germany or the Netherlands. You will be responsible for successful customer implementations and customer retention in Data Driven Business Solutions
Tasks
- Support pre-sales activities alongside Sales and Business Development team
- Develop and maintain requirements documents for CSM pre-sales customer engagements
- Provide pre-sales technical knowledge to address customer questions, concerns, challenges
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on development of educational materials for use in pre-sales
- Technical interface for internal and external technical stakeholders
- Conduct customer on-boarding
- Conduct follow up actions to achieve customer retention targets
Job profile
- University degree (preferably in IT or engineering), or comparable qualifications
- At least two years of professional experience in IT, engineering, SaaS implementations or similar roles
- Expertise in IT infrastructure and systems, data structures, data sharing/exchange and data analysis, API
- interfaces, ERP systems and interfaces and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to project confidence with stakeholders at all levels
- Team player with a high level of self-motivation, flexibility, assertiveness, and commitment
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally
- Fluent in German and English
