Do you have a comprehensive understanding of our customers' business requirements? Use your initiative and enthusiasm to help us optimize our systems, processes and tools. Bring your talent on board and become part of our operational sales support team in Herborn.
Tasks
- Supporting and continuously developing our system-supported end-to-end processes and our growing e-commerce business area (e.g. digital connections for new customers, shopping portals, etc.)
- Ongoing analysis of the current process landscape in alignment with the customer journey
- Development of concepts and solutions for process optimisation in collaboration with our customers, IT and external solution partners
- Accompanying process rollouts and system implementations while ensuring sustainability aspects
- Providing process and system-related support to the specialist departments and acting as an interface to customers on digitalisation topics
- Establishment and maintenance of process controlling and ongoing process documentation
Job profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in internal sales
- Knowledge of order processing and the article and master data structure in SAP R/3
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365, knowledge of SAP R/3 and SAP C4C
- A structured and process-orientated way of thinking and working
- Team player with good communication skills and an engaging demeanour
