Tasks

  • Commercial and technical support for our international key account customers in the back office
  • Creation and processing of SAP-based quotations and orders
  • Complaints processing
  • Internal coordination of product topics and customer concerns and their coordination with the specialist departments
  • Project management and follow-up of strategic customer projects and their internal coordination
  • Close cooperation with the global key account managers

Job profile

  • Completed commercial or technical training, e.g. industrial clerk, alternatively Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the area of commercial quotation and order processing of technically demanding products, ideally in the sales department of an industrial company
  • Good language skills in German and English
  • Confident use of Microsoft 365, SAP and CRM knowledge an advantage
  • Team player with high customer and solution orientation
  • Independent, structured way of working and technical understanding
