Tasks
- Support of global partners and strategic development of business relationships in channel distribution
- Developing a dealer strategy for new partnerships in collaboration with our subsidiaries
- Standardising processes for maintaining relationships and managing the distribution channel
- Developing growth strategies in new markets and regions
- Working on projects and global campaigns in collaboration with Marketing
- Participation in training courses for our partners and sales colleagues as well as participation in international trade fairs
- Monthly reporting of targets and budget
Job profile
- Degree in economics or comparable qualification comparable qualification
- Professional experience in strategic, international sales (up to C-level) in channel distribution or key account management / business development
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Holistic thinking and acting, high analytical competence
- Networker with intercultural competence and strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident demeanour and high sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%)
