Tasks
- Further development of the Rittal configuration processes
- Interface between customer concerns, technology, design and production
- Supporting the ‘make-to-order production’ process step in Order2Cash
- Implementation of the processes in ERP systems and configuration tools
- Conception and support of the worldwide rollout incl. training and creation of training material
Job profile
- Completed studies in the field of business and technology or business or technical training with relevant professional experience
- Expertise and experience in the field of software-based solutions (especially good SAP knowledge)
- Experienced knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong communicator with good analytical skills and a strategic mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally
