Are you looking for an exciting challenge in strategic sales? As an Account Manager for our global customers, it is your responsibility to maintain strategic relationships and meet the needs of our most important customers. Join our sales team in Global Key Account Management!

Tasks

  • Professional and comprehensive support of international key accounts in an industrial environment (approx. 2 - 3 global customers)
  • Understanding the market strategy of the key account and deriving measures for the strategic further development of customer relationships (opportunity management)
  • Positioning of the Rittal portfolio for the further development of customer-specific solutions and establishment of standards for the industrial sector
  • Negotiation of global framework agreements and price agreements in coordination with the relevant specialist departments
  • Support and management of complex customer projects in cooperation with the supporting specialist departments in the international subsidiaries
  • Creating and monitoring professional customer development plans to tap into additional growth potential

Job profile

  • Degree in economics, engineering or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in key account management or sales, knowledge of project management
  • Very good knowledge of English, ideally knowledge of another foreign language
  • Holistic thinking, high analytical skills
  • Networker with intercultural competence and strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident manner, high sense of responsibility and leadership qualities
  • High willingness to travel internationally
