We are looking for you for our locations in Northern Germany at the earliest possible date.

Tasks

  • Comprehensive consulting for customers and interested parties in the maritime/shipbuilding market segment in Germany
  • Continuous customer support and development of existing business relationships
  • Acquisition of new customers through strategic market development
  • Responsibility for the entire sales process - from independent market development and customer acquisition to order negotiation
  • Business negotiations and presentations at management level
  • Creation of concepts, plans and reports
  • Implementation of specified targets and support in observing and analyzing the target market

Job profile

  • Degree in (industrial) engineering, business administration or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales of engineering software, preferably in the shipbuilding segment.
  • Successful sales activities in the field of technical software as well as experience in process optimization
  • Personality with a flair for sales, negotiating skills, strong communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Goal-oriented working style, analytical thinking, understanding of processes and ability to think abstractly
  • Very good knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
