Tasks
- Quotation preparation and order creation as well as changes if required
- Communication with our customers and sales representatives via telephone, e-mail and teams
- Documentation and filing organization
- Maintenance of the customer database
Job profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the described field of activity is an advantage
- Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce desirable)
- Customer and team orientation
- Structured and careful way of working
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Very good knowledge of German
