Tasks
- Design and development of standardized deployments of end devices
- Administration of (mobile) end devices including printers in a global environment
- Planning and rollout of software, updates and operating systems (Win/iOS)
- Lifecycle management of end devices and the software solutions used
- Definition of standards and processes in the workplace area
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and the knowledge database
- Maintenance of the GPO landscape in the client area
- Administration of the worldwide printer landscape (TA and Kyocera)
Job profile
- You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Ideally initial experience in software deployment and patch management
- Experience in the area of operating system deployment and group policies is also desirable
- Knowledge in the administration of printer landscapes is an advantage, but not essential
- Ideally, you have experience with one or more of the following tools Intune, Configuration Manager, Entra, TA-Cockpit, aQrate, Group Policy Management Console, Apple Business Manager
- It is important to us that you enjoy solving IT problems as well as being a team player, committed and customer-oriented
- You have good communication skills in German and English
- We expect an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
