Tasks

  • Monitoring, control and optimization of IT processes in the area of development and applications
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Creating internal guidelines and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements as part of compliance
  • Responsibility for maintaining data security in processes and identifying potential risks
  • KPI creation and evaluation of process performance and identification of potential for improvement
  • Supporting the solution teams in the transformation process

Job profile

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or business administration or comparable training with professional experience
  • In-depth knowledge of IT processes and workflows
  • Experience / certifications according to ITIL V4 and / or DevOps desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and independent, implementation-oriented way of working
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • High level of commitment and strong commitment with good communication skills
