Tasks
- Monitoring, control and optimization of IT processes in the area of development and applications
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Creating internal guidelines and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements as part of compliance
- Responsibility for maintaining data security in processes and identifying potential risks
- KPI creation and evaluation of process performance and identification of potential for improvement
- Supporting the solution teams in the transformation process
Job profile
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or business administration or comparable training with professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of IT processes and workflows
- Experience / certifications according to ITIL V4 and / or DevOps desirable
- Strong analytical skills and independent, implementation-oriented way of working
- Good knowledge of German and English
- High level of commitment and strong commitment with good communication skills
